Ride will start and end at the Black Dog Bar & Grill in
Crosby; Departure Time: NOON; Return Time: 4 PM
Suggested Rider Donation: $20 Passenger: $10 (Classic Cars
and any chase vehicles are welcome too - everyone is
encouraged to support this great cause!) 100% of your
donation will be used to purchase items for the First
Response Bags. We are working with the Minnesota Assistance
Council for Veterans to provide "First Response Bags" to
homeless veterans who enter their program. The bags are
filled with basic necessities to help these veterans get
back on their feet. (Items such as toothpaste, towel,
t-shirt, socks, razors, shaving cream, soap, etc.) Coffee,
juice, milk and doughnuts will be provided before the ride
at 11AM, and a Mexican Lasagna dinner will served at the end
of ride. |

Iowa County Fairgrounds The 5th Annual Midstate Thunder
Rally is being held this year at the Iowa County
Fairgrounds, 800 East Marion St in Marengo, Iowa on June 1,
2 and 3, 2007. Gates open at 4pm, June 1st. Located just
north of Interstate 80, and one of the first rallies of the
year, this laid back and relaxing rally will bring in live
music Friday and Saturday nights with comedians performing
nightly. We have a bike show, fun run and full rodeo on
Saturday. Vendors on grounds. Camping is free at a very well
kept county fairgrounds with hot showers and clean, modern
restrooms. There are motels in close proximity if you
prefer. This rally has developed a reputation for a relaxed,

open arms and has said they will put out wipe down rags and
kick stand blocks as well as a place to wash the bikes off.
There is a gas station/conveinence store located right next
to the motel. The rooms are awesome and a resturant/bar/pool
is at your disposal. Please make your reservations early,
you can always cancel later. |

Crow Creek Commemorate Saint Paul, MN
A motorcycle ride to commemorate the anniversary of the
forced movement of Dakota, Winnebago and Santee people from
Minnesota via riverboat and train cars from Fort Snelling in
MN to Fort Thompson in South Dakota in 1863. The ride
proceeds down the Mississippi River to Hanibal, MO. West to
St. Joseph, MO, Then North up the Missouri River to Fort
Thompson. The ride is four days and starts Wednesday June
20th through Saturday, June 23rd, and goes through some
beautiful scenery along two of the Nations great rivers.

International Rally Rapid City, SD
The AVA International Rally is the largest
gathering of Kawasaki Voyagers in the world, but also
includes other motorcycle makes and models. The Rally is
held once a year in the United States and Rally locations
are changed yearly, alternating between the western and
eastern parts of the United States. There are guided and
self-guided tours, motorcycle shows and games, seminars,

POW/MIA Remembrance Run
Underwood, MN
On the third weekend of July each year, the Underwood
American Legion hosts its annual POW/MIA Remembrance Run.
This is a benefit motorcycle run to help raise funds for the
Fergus Falls Veterans Home(http://www.mvh.state.mn.us/ff.html).
Although our main goal is to raise funds for the home, we
are also trying keep POW/MIA issues in the public eye. While
most people think of Viet Nam when they hear about POW/MIA
issues, the truth is there are servicemen from every
American conflict that fall into these categories including
the war in Iraq. We believe that is is important to do all
we can to account for missing servicemen from all wars and
conflicts. |

Tour, a 5 day, 1,500 mile ride around Lake Superior and the

leaving on the 9th and 10th of July and one tour for Lake of

Take 90/94 North to 39 (2 to 3 hours from Madison and
Milwaukee). Take 39 east to Plainfield/Wisconsin Rapids, HWY
73 Exit (about 45 minutes to an hour). Take HWY 73 West to
HWY 13 (1/2 hour). Turn right on HWY 13 North and travel
right into Wisconsin Rapids. HWY 13 becomes 8th Street
through downtown. Take a left at Grand Avenue. Hotel Mead &
Convention Center is 2 blocks on the right—451 East Grand
Avenue, Wisconsin Rapids.
From the North:
Catch Interstate 39 North to the Plover/HWY B Exit (2 hours
from Tomahawk). Take a right at HWY B and head west; HWY B

(20 minutes). In Wisconsin Rapids take a right at the first
set of lights—at Baker Street. Take Baker to 8th Street and

Harley-Davidson – down the Mississippi River Valley.
